In the event of a dispute between an insurer and its insured regarding coverage, our attorneys have represented insurers and insureds in litigation, arbitration, and mediation and have brought to successful conclusion numerous coverage disputes.  Our insurance coverage litigation practice is not limited to any particular type of claim and includes, among others, construction defect claims, employment-related claims, environmental claims, professional indemnity claims, general liability claims and financial institution bonds.
