Hilary Wooley’s practice encompasses all aspects of corporate and securities law, and business and corporate litigation.  Ms. Wooley is principally engaged in public and private securities offerings, corporate governance and securities compliance matters, debt financings and general corporate matters.   

Prior to embarking on her legal career, Ms. Wooley worked as a management consultant for the firms of Ernst & Young and Accenture.  Ms. Wooley managed a business team on a billion dollar enterprise-wide business process redesign for a managed health care company, led the organizational design for a global Fortune 500 automotive industry leader, and managed a seven-year plan to improve sales for a global financial services firm.

Ms. Wooley received her B.A. in Law and Public Policy in 1999 from Brown University and her J.D. in 2008 from the University of Texas.  She is a member of the State Bar of Louisiana, the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association.
