Stephen E. Ramey, was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, on September 19, 1953. 

Mr. Ramey attended Colorado College and Centenary College where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1979. He then attended Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University where he attained his Juris Doctor in 1982. .

Mr. Ramey is a member of the Shreveport Bar Association and Louisiana State Bar Association. His practice areas include general civil practice, natural resources law, real estate law, corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.
