Trial Victory

C. Wm. Bradley Jr. and Benjamin J. Biller obtained a directed verdict in a loss of chance medical malpractice case tried to a jury in the 24th Judicial District Court for the Parish of Jefferson. Bill and Ben defended an emergency medicine physician against allegations that she failed to diagnose and treat post-operative internal bleeding. After plaintiff rested on the third day of trial, the district court judge granted the physician’s motion for a directed verdict, dismissing plaintiff’s case against her.   READ MORE
